It’s time to build a life that works.

Hello — my name is Matthew Celestial.

I’ve spent much of my life working at the intersection of media, communication and the kinds of ideas that shape how things move and grow. Along the way, I’ve built and advised across media, consumer products and emerging brands.

I oversee a wide range of brands that I’ve incubated and developed through my holding company, Statement Worldwide. With that, I run my own PR (and growth marketing) firm, MCPR. I’ve built a foundation in corporate communications, where I’ve helped organizations navigate both their best moments and their most difficult ones—how they respond, adapt and continue forward.

But more than anything, I think of myself as a creative entrepreneur: someone who enjoys working alongside other entrepreneurs, helping them shape what they’re building and bring it into the world.

“A well-lived life is not discovered. It is built—through decisions, discipline and time.” —matt celestial

My range of experience has led me to think more broadly about systems—how people operate within them, how organizations function and what it takes to create something that lasts. I’ve found myself drawn to the mechanics beneath the surface: decision-making, structure and long-term performance.

Alongside this, I’ve developed a growing interest in the more personal side of those same questions:

  • How we think.

  • How we take care of our bodies.

  • How we manage stress, energy and attention in a world that constantly demands more.

That curiosity has led me toward a more intentional way of living—through fitness, recovery, nutrition and daily practices that support both clarity and resilience. It’s also what led me to found Matte Equation, a wellness and recovery brand built for high performers. What began as a skincare line has since grown into something much more expansive.

I’m equally curious about the systems that shape us at a larger scale—public policy, medicine, technology, sustainability, economics, neuroscience and clinical psychology—and how they intersect with everyday life.

At the centre of it all is a simple question: how do we build a life that actually works for us?

And maybe more importantly—how do we live it fully?

This is an open exploration. No judgment—just curiosity, thoughtful questions, deep research, good conversations and a willingness to go all in.
